The Misfit Brigade plot
"The German Dirty Dozen"
A number of German soldiers from a tank are imprisoned because they are not neatly dressed and look dirty. As a result, they have to go to jail. While in prison, they are told to join a mission to regain their freedom. They have to blow up a train behind Russian lines.
