"United they Staggered, Divided they Fell"
General Sir Arthur Cornwall, his son Miles - a womanizer - and his daughter Alex set out from their home at St James's Palace for various outings. One day, Arthur, a sentry, tries to hide his fainted girlfriend in the vacant house. When Miles happens to return to the house, he is at first surprised to find a beautiful Irish girl: he thinks she is a burglar.
