"There is a room for rent in the Hollywood Hills, and the tenants are paying in blood!"
Jason and Bridgette have an uncontrollable need for blood. They therefore rent out a room, which they call "The Black Room". However, the unsuspecting tenants of the apartment will not be able to find a night's sleep there.

Saw this horror on the bluray release of Vinegar Syndrome, new 4k scan of the 35mm negatives. Image looked great for this relatively unknown low budget. It's under Section 3 of the Video Nasties list.
Story is about a brother & sister who lure tenants to their mansion, from which they never come out alive. They drain their blood by means of transfusions. At the end of the movie you find out why.
Movie starts off pretty slow, first hour hardly anything happens. Last 25min make up for it somewhat, barely sufficient.
