Idiot plot

After a long stay abroad, Prince Myshkin returns to Russia. His astonishment at the fact that since his absence Russian society has become completely captivated by the greed for money and other pernicious passions, and his epilepsy, he is nicknamed 'the idiot'. He falls in love with Aglaja, but proposes to Natasha. A group of radicals tries to extort Myshkin.
