In 1983 Frank Garcia became famous overnight with his band OXO and their huge hit 'Whirly Girl'. He was a star and blonde, sexy groupie Cindy (Cynthia) Brown married him right away. But Frank turned out to be a one-hit wonder and Cindy's dreams of big money and glamor disappeared like snow in the sun. Instead, she got a bankrupt alcoholic. Cindy then more or less locked Frank up in the basement and forced him to write a new hit. Frank is still there...
