Johanna Enlists plot
Johanna has spent her former life looking after her twin sisters and helping with the livestock on her father's Pennsylvania ranch. One day a group of soldiers come camping on her father's land and Johanna is suddenly overrun with men. Frank Le Roy, Archie van Renssaller and soldier Vibbard, among others, are charmed by Johanna, but none of them dare to admit it. Renssaller plans to marry her, while the other two face trial in the meantime.
