Quinceañera plot
"Life's no walk in the park"
Magdalena is the nearly 15-year-old daughter of a Latin American family in LA. All she can think about is her boyfriend, her Quinceañera dress, and the Hummer limo that will transport her on her special birthday. During the preparations for the party, however, it turns out that she is pregnant. It's only a matter of time before her strictly religious father finds out and disowns her. Magdalena then moves to her uncle Tomas.
