Masuuruhiito plot

It's 2009. Joe Jinno, a Navy Seal with authority problems, is sent to Tokyo with Detective Katsuragi to stop the distribution of the latest illegal drug Blood Heat. But Katsuragi is thrown into the Muscle Dome by drug lord Rai Kenjin. The Muscle Dome is an arena of death from which escape is impossible. After Katsuragi is killed by his opponent, Joe declares war on the drug cartel and Rai Kenjin.
