ROTOR stands for "Robot Officer Tactical Operation Research" and is a project that the government has been working on for a while. It would be an advanced robot agent that will be able to fight crime very efficiently. During the investigation, however, something goes wrong and the ROTOR has disappeared without a trace one morning. Turns out he took office early and only has two priorities: to locate and destroy.
