Thomas & Friends: Blue Mountain Mystery plot

When strikes cause trouble at the Blue Mountain Quarry, Thomas the Tank Engine is sent to help his railroad friends. While they are shunting and transporting wagons together, he discovers a mysterious little green locomotive hidden in one of the tunnels. Thomas is determined to discover the truth about this little green locomotive, but it's harder than he thought. Why is it hidden in a tunnel?
