American Soldiers plot
Iraq 2004. During a routine check, a US patrol comes under heavy mortar fire and a soldier is seriously injured. His only chance of survival is a hospital in the red zone. But once in the hospital, with their comrade in arms on the operating table, a fierce battle ensues with Iraqi soldiers scattered throughout the red zone. From then on, a race against time begins to get their wounded comrade back to base as quickly as possible. But when the leader also dies in an explosion along the way, all that remains is a frightened group of soldiers and the will to survive.
