The Whip Hand plot
"SCIENCE HARNESSED BY MADMEN TO WIPE OUT AMERICA'S MILLIONS!"
Journalist Matt Corbin, on a fishing holiday, accidentally ends up in a fishing village where all the fish appear to have mysteriously died. The locals are too anxious to talk about this or are even outright hostile. After some digging in the local media and looking around the area, the journalist discovers that a group of mysterious men have bought a local property to turn it into a highly secretive science lab. The journalist and the local doctor's sister are determined to find out what lies behind this mysterious event.
