"THE STORY OF THE MOST DESPERATE GAMBLE THE WEST HAS EVER KNOWN!"
Gunlock's sheriff plans to hang Sam Hall at sunset. Sam shot and killed three farmers who were found in the stockyard. In the meantime, the casino bets 8 to 3 that he will not make it into the morning. However, the men of the corral plan to rescue Sam, while the farmers hope to lynch him before he escapes. Sheriff Bill Jorden, meanwhile, tries to find out who hired Sam Hall.
