Hitsuji no Uta plot

Throughout history, Kazuna's family has suffered from a disease that causes them to develop a vampire-like thirst for blood. Kazuna comes to live with a stepfamily as a child and only then finds out that he has that bloodlust. He sets out to find his older sister in the hopes that she will find a way to fight the disease.
