Alex is haunted by terrifyingly realistic visions of a prison-like fortress and its infernal inhabitants. Alex fears not only for his health, but also for his life. Dream specialist Carolyn is convinced that a haunted ghost - held captive on the island of Alcatraz - is communicating with Alex for unknown reasons. She persuades Alex to visit the infamous prison with his brother and some friends in order to put an end to Alex's nightmares.
