A.P.E.X. plot
"Trapped in a future they didn't create. Fighting an enemy they cannot stop."
In the year 2073, scientist Nicholas Sinclair is sent more than a hundred years back in time to stop a project that has serious consequences for the future. When it turns out that he has failed and cannot counter the mistakes, he is transported to the present time where he is confronted with the consequences. Here it appears that many people have died from an unknown virus, while life-threatening robots (APEX) hunt everything that is still alive. Sinclair faces a life and death struggle to save the last remnant of civilization.

The film debut of Lisa Ann Russell and Kristin Norton. The film uses, among other things, a Landmaster. The vehicle was built in 1976 at a cost of $300,000. In 2005, the original Landmaster was sold to a private collector. It was restored to its original state. We also see a Landmaster from Damnation Alley appear.
The film is a clear clone of The Terminator. This with a low budget and cheap special effects. Nevertheless, I found it quite entertaining. Especially with the limited resources available.
