El Perro plot
Juan Villegas, 52, has just been fired from the gas station where he had worked as a mechanic for 20 years. He is now trying to earn some money by selling homemade knives. One day, good-natured Juan, as a thank you for a favor he has rendered, receives a large white purebred dog named Bombón. Through this dog he meets Walter, a somewhat irritable man who participates in dog shows. He persuades Juan to participate in competitions with the dog. After a few training sessions, Bombón wins one of the dog shows and Juan and Walter immediately count themselves rich.
