Many thousands of years after the fall of civilization, the world has turned into a wasteland, inhabited by curious tribes much like real people. Peace is threatened by the return of an evil warlord Wushen, who threatens to enslave all newcomers. Zhuma, a ten-year-old girl, teams up with Zhanggong, her lion-like Tibetan Mastiff, to battle Wushen. With the help of a goddess, she must assemble a motley crew of allies from the surviving tribes.
