Cavedweller plot

Delia (a singer) is a middle-aged woman who has not had much luck in her life. She ran away from her first husband because he threatened her with death several times. Her second husband, Cissy's father, subsequently dies in a car accident. Delia decides to return to her hometown with Cissy. This is not easy. Years ago Delia left her first two daughters here and when she returns she is far from warmly welcomed. If she then wants to obtain custody of her children, Delia also has to reconcile with her aggressive ex-husband.
