dr. Tsu is a brilliant surgeon on her own island off the coast of Manila, where she conducts bizarre experiments on the world's most famous athletes, who have been kidnapped by her army of women. Charmer Mike Harber works for an insurance company and investigates the disappearance of an athlete, which also lands him on the island.
