Bare Skyer Beveger Stjernene plot
When eleven-year-old Maria's brother dies of cancer, her mother finds herself in a sort of isolation where she doesn't say a word. Her father needs all the attention for his wife, leaving no one to help Maria deal with the drama. For the summer she is sent to her grandparents in Bergen, but there she only sinks further into her depression. Then she meets the spirited Jacob, her age, but with a very different outlook on life. The friendship that develops between them helps her get her life back on track.
