Blue Sunshine plot
Several Stanford University students once tripped on the experimental LSD 'Blue Sunshine'. Ten years later, they suffer from the side effects, their hair suddenly falls out and they fall into homicidal psychosis. A former Stanford student investigates and tries to uncover the truth behind the events.

Original thriller that is unfortunately quite variable in terms of execution. Partly I was fascinated watching and on the other hand there were times when I had the urge to press the forward button on the remote control. 6*

good that there is the possibility to watch these kinds of films thanks to mr Horror that's for sure, butrrrr
this film is of course a dragon now, maybe that was different 30 years ago
(or not) now it is at least a hopelessly old-fashioned, not a single moment exciting or
surprising, funny or tip on the chair film.

Yes I can enjoy this. Of course it's not a cinematic masterpiece. But in this genre it's just very good. The music is top notch and the story is simple but effective. That's all you need! He is very much in the style of Cronenberg and is also well put together in terms of direction. Sometimes some strange cuts. Actually, the only weak point is the acting. But with cult horror this is never very up to par and I would like to forgive this film for this weakness as well. So four stars!
