Promising title (I saw it as Swingers Massacre) and poster (different from what is stated here). But this grindhouse movie is real trash. There is some nudity to be seen, quite a few long-winded scenes and above all there is no tension even though it is a slasher. It may therefore look even more like a psycho drama. Above all, I think it is a real time capsule to the swingers scene of the past. One of the best scenes is the party at the Filthy McNasty's on Sunset Strip in Hollywood. The sweaty atmosphere and sweltering rock steams off the screen. I also enjoyed myself because vintage movies and some trash are to my taste. But I can hardly argue that it is good. The film has the potential to be a thriller, but it is clear that the makers simply missed it. Due to the low budget underproduction, it still has an authentic documentary feel at times, which you often see with trash from that time. And for me that adds to the viewing pleasure.
