"Nation or self?"
The story is set during the Philippine-American War, at the end of the nineteenth century. General Antonio Luna (John Arcilla) is followed in particular here. He is one of the most brilliant soldiers in the history of the Philippines. He is also the man who must lead his army in the fight against the mighty American army. During the battle, however, he faces an even bigger enemy; namely, his own treacherous countrymen.
