Robot Revolution plot

In a not-too-distant future where every aspect of society is controlled by machines, terrorism has forced the state to enforce martial law. While conducting a routine check on an apartment, a well-armed policewoman and her Android partner discover that something is causing the occupants of the buildings to "do not function properly" and force them to fight. But when they investigate the malfunction further, they discover a secret that the government wants to hide at all costs.
