"Everyone gets what they deserve behind the scenes of the movie world"

The young director Lars is looking for an actress to play the lead role in his new film. He selects three young women for this role, namely Julia, Sofie and Noor. Julia just got a new boyfriend, a Moroccan who she puts through an integration test. Sofie, a student at the cabaret academy, has an open relationship with her roommate André and Noor feels threatened by a stalker. Being 'in the running' for the role has a significant impact on the lives of the three women. It is clear that Lars is testing them heavily on their resilience. The battle for the lead begins and wiles and deceit run rampant.
