"A Host of Top Beat Groups with 16 Great Beat & Ballad Hits!"

Wilco Roger is an intergalactic ambassador. He is tasked with bridging the differences between two different musical societies: Beatland, a rock society, and Ballad Isle. He tries to spread peace, love and understanding by pairing a boy from Beatland with a girl from Ballad Isle.
