While on vacation in Latin America, brain surgeon Eugene and Helen Ferguson find themselves in a bloody revolt against dictator Raoul Farrago. Before they can leave the country, Commander Adragon captures them and takes them to the presidential palace. There, Farrago, who is suffering from a brain tumor, demands that Ferguson operate on him immediately. Despite his moral objections, the doctor agrees. But then Rebel leader Gonzales shows up and demands that Ferguson drop the operation or else...
