"The One...The Only KING OF MONSTERS!"
Baron Victor Von Frankenstein is captured by the Germans during World War II and tortured terribly for not wanting to participate in their experiments. After the war he is mutilated and destitute, and to earn some extra money, he asks a film crew to make a documentary about his methods.
