The Debt Collector plot
"Some debts can never be paid."
After his release from prison, Nickie Dryden (Billy Connolly) has risen to become a popular media figure. This much to the chagrin of Officer Keltie who put him in jail 18 years ago. Keltie confronts Dryden again and again with his missteps, much to his anger. Everything is a thing of the past for Dryden, but Keltie cannot and will not forget. He heads for an ultimate confrontation.
