The day breaks over a desolate industrial estate. One of the factories has just closed its doors. The dismissed employees look blank and confused. Nobody moves. Finally, Igarashi, one of the workers, steps forward. He starts wandering aimlessly through the streets. As a silent and passive witness, Igarashi invades the lives of people we normally wouldn't even notice.
