Toni plot
Toni, a young Italian, arrives in France and finds work in a quarry. He finds shelter with a young woman, Marie, who falls in love with him. However, Toni is in love with Josepha, but when she is raped by his foreman Albert, he should know nothing more about her. To avoid a scandal, Albert marries Josepha and Toni marries Marie. However, Josepha and Toni cannot forget each other.
