Nekromantik plot
"Death is just the Beginning"
Robert Schmadtke is a middle-aged man who works for a cleaning company. His job is to recover the remains of dead bodies after accidents. His hobby is to take home body parts. One day he comes across a dead body. Instead of burying the body, he takes it to his girlfriend, and the fun begins.

Uh, wtf. Boring, slow, disgusting and pointless. Image quality is equal to my grandfather's 8mm films. Annoying but time-bound soundtrack. If you are looking for a deeper meaning behind this, you will not have the trouble. The only motives for the makers were to shock. Best thing about this film: the film poster.

Nekromantik gives me the feeling that I am watching a sick movie but the images that you see are not nearly equal to the feeling that the movie gives. Overall a pretty boring movie.....
Some unnecessary animal cruelty here and there is something that I often find offensive, but it is part and parcel of this type of film... unfortunately (for me).
For the rest I really enjoyed the music that was used...sounded iconic from a notorious "cult" classic!
In retrospect I think it's quite an artistic film!
I give Nekromantik a rating based purely on what it is!

Quite brutal film that wants to shock with some necrophilia and animal suffering. The film focuses on a man who has a lot to do with corpses in his profession. It is therefore not difficult to take one home with him every now and then. And his girlfriend also appears not to be averse to it.
Not a mainstream film, not that well-known I thought and I also stumbled upon it completely by chance. Furthermore, mainly uninteresting parts. Here and there an uncomfortable passage, but it is not that explicit in the picture. The SOV style made it a bit more penetrating.
Sometimes the impression that the controversy was deliberately sought. Cinematically represents very little. Seems rather amateurish with the low budget that was probably available.
