Nice c-movie, where you can easily forget the uninteresting script and the incredibly sweet soundtrack due to the high level of entertainment and the at times very nice martial arts scenes. Rothrock unfortunately remains heavily underused, while again I wonder why a saltbag like David Carradine has to come across as a kung fu master again, especially given the fact that his stunt double performs the 'difficult' moves and his movements are slow and shaky. Chad McQueen, on the other hand, was a positive surprise! I thought his performance in Firepower was very subpar, but here he showed that he is a good martial arts actor and also came across realistic in the acting department.

Also intriguing how a film like this gets such a low score, just fun, stupid entertainment and not much less than films by, for example, Gary Daniels or Jeff Speakman. Who knows the name of the band that played in the bar also makes me very happy.
