Beginning of World War II. At the request of the Japanese Black Dragon Society, the Nazis attempt to try Dr. Melcher (Lugosi) to Japan to transform six Japanese into Americans. When the Doctor just escapes death, he devises a vengeful plan to take down America and her allies.
