Heidi was once horribly disfigured by Dennis Skinner. Her sole purpose in life is to stop him before he strikes again. She chases the insane killer through the slums of the city, where he preys on prostitutes.

The plus point of the film is the nasty, crazy role of Ted Raimi, brother of the horror director, who manages to play a convincing role here. The horror is not so much in the kills, but mainly in the skinning of the skin of prostitutes. Still, you're a bit hungry in terms of gore and nudity given the concept. You actually see the killer killing 3 hookers, a workman and a woman. You don't see much of it, there is only attention for the felling of the hides. The serial killer also makes clothes out of them and uses them in a crazy way. Traci Lords has a special role, but far too little is done with it. The lock is too simple and very easily worked out. 5/10
