La Volante plot
While rushing to visit his wife in the maternity ward, Thomas bumps into a young man along the road and kills him. Marie-France, the latter's mother, cannot recover from this tragedy. Nine years later, Marie-France becomes Thomas's secretary without him knowing who she is. Gradually she interferes dangerously in his life and his family, until she has become indispensable to him.
