Kin is the best officer of the Hong Kong Police Force. Due to his selfish behavior, his relationship with his girlfriend Brenda has reached a crisis. When a strange theft occurs at an international diamond exhibit, Kin suspects that the then-leading detective must have been hypnotized. Kin decides to turn to former police psychologist Ching for help.
