The Daughter plot

"It Takes An Outsider To See The Truth Inside."

Christian returns to his childhood home in a dormitory town where his father Henry is going to marry the much younger Anna. Back home, Christian reconnects with his childhood friend Oliver, who has stayed in town to work at his father's lumber mill and is now out of work. When Christian meets Oliver's wife Charlotte, daughter Hedvig and father Walter, he discovers a secret that could tear Oliver's family apart.
