"Every story has a price."

Mitch, a sexually obsessed journalist, convinces Natalie, a Stanford-trained prostitute, to let him follow her for an article he's writing for a magazine. At first, Natalie hesitantly allows him into her life, but eventually she sees an advantage for herself as well. Unbeknownst to Mitch, she uses him as a bodyguard to protect her from the various personalities she interacts with at night.
