This film shows in detail what happens when people take themselves too seriously. A lot of dialogue and where the film wants to go is not clear to me.

One-dimensional characters who, dressed in gala attire, bombard each other night after night with barbs or, at best, quasi-intellectual reasoning, which, on the whole, don't make any sense. Almost 100% fake. The characters are unreal, the dialogues and the acting (with the exception of Carolyn Farina) not much better. I doubt whether there are young people who spend their free time in this unnatural way. If there are, I wish them much strength and a speedy recovery.

Excellent film about a group of friends from the upper classes of New York who meet regularly. The film can seem a bit boring at first, but once you get to know the characters slowly, the film becomes more and more fun. Good dialogues and funny in an ironic way. In fact, a kind of high school romcom about a different class and from a different class.
