A beautiful girl has everything she can dream of. She is charming and playful, in her own words too cheerful to be in love. A car accident causes her heart to stop for a few minutes. When she regains consciousness, she assures everyone that everything is okay. But in reality this is not the case: she does not remember anything about the last month. She follows a trail to a remote Aegean island where a strange-looking, dingy hermit addresses her, saying, "Don't you know me? I'm the man you fell in love with."
