Even though Caesar & Otto (Dave Campfield and Paul Chomicki) have made a slightly better sequel, as a viewer I really wonder why this series hasn't been stopped long ago. In this edition, the extremely unattractive duo sets out to catch a murderer, but Campfield crams his script so full of all kinds of references, cameos and side paths that following a normal storyline is barely possible. Moreover, all effects are performed with plastic limbs, which completely takes the fun out of it in that area. In principle, all events are linked to each other to some extent, but Campfield does not seem to be concerned with it at all. In fact, none of the members seem to care what exactly they are doing. The proceedings turn out to be completely tiring and painfully non-comic. It's really unbelievable that two grown people behave this way in front of the camera. Everyone has their own fun, but in an 83-minute film it turns out inhumanely bad.
