Early retirement.

A little less than the second part, but luckily more fun than the first. Oh well, there's always something to moan about. Even though it's simply the way it is and Lustig was even assisted by another director here. His stamp is clearly recognizable. Comic horror action, with again the maniacal zombie agent who simply requires the brain to be switched off.

It's a shame that the directorial nephew of Jake 'Raging Bull' LaMotta has other interests these days. Even though he's still involved with cult, we'd love to see another one from him. And even though he somewhat jokingly compares his films to six-packs and mind-altering tobacco, the glasses and lighter are secretly ready. Retirement age is really a different age.

Good.

Not as entertaining as the second part, but at least as entertaining as the first part. Where both this part and the first part suffer in my opinion is that they start off a bit slow. That was a bit better with the second part, you immediately fell into the butter.

Furthermore, Robert Davi plays his role well and Robert Z'Dar is also very entertaining as Matt "Maniac Cop" Cordell. I also thought the hospital setting was well chosen. A setting that often seems to work in these kinds of films.

I thought the subplot of the voodoo priest resurrecting Cordell was a bit far-fetched, but hey, we've seen antiheroes like this come to life in crazier ways.

Another fun movie. Fans of the previous installments will enjoy this one too.

Just like part two very mediocre. The maniac cop Matt Cordell again on the prowl after he comes back to life through a voodoo ritual. The actors suck.. Only the final scene with a burning Cordell I found worthwhile. The first film remains the best.
