Senegal Surplace plot

Senegal Surplace is a road movie with the cycling tour of Senegal as the backdrop. The start is in Dakar, the busy capital, where the peloton leaves with a lot of shouting and chaos and returns after two weeks. The caravan heads inland, where the heat is killer and hardly anyone has ever seen a cyclist in the flesh. The Paris-Dakar Rally is the only major event where people have ever heard a shred of it. The peloton seems to be moving along the dead straight roads like an alien element.
