Love Don't Cost a Thing plot
"Love Don't Co$t A Thing but it pays to be yourself."
Alvin scores nothing but A's in school. Socially, however, he is a big fat zero. But Alvin has come up with a plan to make it all the way in that area. He proposes to arrange the car of the dazzlingly beautiful Paris, if she wants to pretend to be his girlfriend. That's how it happens and suddenly Alvin is admired by the kids who previously looked at him with the neck. Even his father has nothing but praise for his son, the great seducer. But the popularity is taking its toll. Is Alvin willing to sacrifice everything he worked so hard for in school? Is he too mad to see that Paris actually has a crush on Alvin? What Alvin really wants is so obvious. And it costs him absolutely nothing.
