Taxidi sta Kithira plot
A film director, tired of fiction and looking for a story with substance, meets an old man who sells spices on the street. The man, Spyros, is an old communist who has lived in exile in Tashkent for 32 years. Back in his beloved hometown, he notices that both land and idealism fall prey to the greed for money. He cannot cope with the new reality, cannot communicate with the young people around him and becomes isolated.
