Boricua's Bond plot

Tommy is a good boy and talented performer in South Bronx, New York. When Allen, a white boy with his single mother comes to live nearby, it is made very difficult for him. Tommy and Allen become friends, but forces through no fault of their own put them under the pressure of crime.
