Five travelers head to Southern California for the summer vacation. They wander through a mysterious fog and end up on a strange island. Here they meet the two islanders: an eccentric old man and his jolly wife, both named 'Claus'. The travelers soon find out that they all share some form of discontent that can be remedied with a little Christmas magic.
