Miekkailija plot
Early 1950s. Endel has to flee from Stalin's secret police and goes into hiding in a small coastal town in Estonia. To keep his head above water, the young fighter takes a job as a physical education teacher at the local school. While the kids are ecstatic about the new sports teacher, both his colleagues and superiors are skeptical of the newcomer, leaving Endel's secret identity in danger of being discovered. But his calling is education and nothing or no one can force him to give up his work with the children.
